Jim....many thanks for creating my website, which was highly effective, And helped to a large extent in the sale of my house.

The buyer was able to share the website with his wife, who was out of state, and because the data was so complete, she was able to quickly make a positive decision.

I have shared my positive experience with other interested parties, including Ray Palmer, a real estate attorney from Gulf Breeze who conducts seminars for people interested in selling their houses. I am using Ray to complete the sale of our home. I have also talked to Bill Sheffield, who has a real estate company, and the owner of "Homes By Owners", a magazine that I used for 2 months. The ad included the above website, and the overall response was much greater than I had expected. I plan to share my experience with a couple of nearby people who are attempting to sell their homes, so for this reason, you may want to leave my website active for the time being.
