Grace has 40 years experience in residential and income properties.  She has a proven ability to match buyers to the right properties.   She is active and Licensed in Florida, Alabama and Georgia in addition to Community Association Management. 

She has a career background of more than 2000 rental properties, continuous multi million dollar sales volumes, and excess of a million square feet of office and retail management experience in her portfolio. Grace is a resident of Perdido Key area for more that 15 years and prior resident and realtor in Atlanta for 33 years.  She maintains a second home there to visit family often. Membership includes Perdido Key Chamber, National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Pensacola Association of Realtors, Perdido Key owners Association. 

Grace hangs out with her two Boston Terriers, Thelma and Louise. She loves her work and most of all likes to have fun with her friends, associates and clients.

A resident of Perdido Key for 5 years, I am the General Manager and a Principal in Aquatic Realty.  As a Florida licensed Sales Associate, I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and Pensacola Association of Realtors. 

I have a Bachelors Degree with 25 + years of management experience.  I   currently serve as the Property Manager for several Condominium Associations in the area.  I look forward to assisting you with listing, sales and property management needs.

I retired from the United States Navy in 1994.  After a few months of just playing golf, I decided to start a new career in Real Estate. 

I joined the Aquatic Realty Team in May 1994.  I have worked in both Rentals and Sales since that time.  My second career has been as rewarding as my first career in the U.S. Navy.

I am originally from New York and moved to Pensacola in 1994 after living in Columbus, Georgia for 5 years. My love of the beach and the temperate climate brought me to the area.

I have both a real estate broker and condominium management license. My experience is diverse including new home sales, condominium sales and property management.

In New York, I was a research chemist for a major chemical company and in Georgia a quality control manager for a large manufacturing firm. I have a B.S. in Chemistry from Pace University in Pleasantville, New York.

Rebecca is a Member of National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and Pensacola Association of Realtors.

She began her Real Estate career in the Chicagoland area working for Bennett Commercial LLC where she was a consistent Multi-million dollar producer with experience in residential sales, land, multi-family, commercial and investment properties. 

Rebecca joined Aquatic Realty in 2005 after vacationing in Perdido Key for last 5 years and falling in love with the area.
