- I collect from you any and all information you have on your property. If you have a "Fact Sheet' already made up that you're giving potential buyers that's great, but you're not limited to that. I also like to scan copies of any survey or floor plans you might have.
- Pictures. It's true; they really are worth a thousand words. If you have them, I'll scan them to be used on-line. If you don't have any pictures, I'll take them for you. I like to get both exterior and interior shots to give a visitor a complete tour of the property and even show off the views out the windows if they're worthy.
- Sell the whole community, not just the house (or land). I have a page of links for the community to show even the out of town visitor what the area has to offer. Schools, shopping, restaurants, parks & beaches. Area fairs and festivals, entertainment, hospitals, libraries, even the whether has a link on our community page. This makes your property's web site the complete resource for the area giving a visitor reason to come back again and again and even refer others to your easy and complete reference page.
- A short and simple Web Address for your yard sign and any classified ads you may take out. We suggest you use your phone number. www.525-4793.com . Since someone driving by would probably write down your phone number anyway, this gives a buyer a simple method to get directly to your site without seeing any other real estate that could distract them away from yours.
- Updates are as easy as an e-mail, fax or phone call and are always FREE!
