Q) How will anyone find me on-line?

A) First and for most I want to point out the most effective form of promotion there is in selling a house is the For Sale Sign in your front yard.  Whether By Owner or with a Realtor, the Yard Sign brings in more buyers than all other forms of advertising and promotion combined!

So the first thing to do is add your URL (Web Address) to your sign to turn every drive by is a potential on line viewer.  Add it to any and all other forms of advertising or promoting you're already doing.

Second, we register each property's web site separately on a group of top Search Engines and Search Directories.  To help the odds of being picked up on these Search Engines, we embed invisible “Key Words” on to the Home Page on “Meta Tags”.

The Third way you'll get a lot of hits is from referrals from the ones who found you already…  Buyers know other buyers, and they talk.  The Internet makes it easy to refer buyers to your On-Line Open House.

The best feedback we've received over the past ten years is how effective the Web Site has been for follow up after the potential buyer has viewed the home.  It allows the buyer to share your home with their friends and family around the world.  In most cases a buyer is being influenced from many different directions and usually these “influences” are invisible in the background.
