Leib & Associates Realty has been in business for over 25 years serving the entire Gulf Coast region from Gulf Shores, Alabama to Panama City, Florida.  Primarily doing most of our business in Pensacola's west end, we are also licensed in Alabama and have specialized in investment properties along the Gulf Coast. 

Leib & Associates Realty was founded by James M. Leib, a retired Navy Captain.  We are uniquely qualified to serve the needs of military families transferring in and out of our of our local area.  We know how to take the stress out of finding that "perfect home" and will handle every aspect from start  to closing.

Since Hurricane Ivan, Leib & Associates Realty has reorganized.  We no longer handle rental properties and strive to work one on one with both buyers and sellers.  With our experience, we are committed to personalized service that few companies can offer.
