Seamas
Hunt
Seamas was born and raised in the foothills of the Wicklow mountains an
a little village called Coolkenno. After finishing college in Ireland he
moved to Gulf Breeze in 1995 where he lives today with his wife Sissy
and their 4 children.
Seamas always felt that the Pensacola area lacked a real traditional Irish
pub and was determined to open one here some day.
After Seamas took Gary Humphrey to Ireland to his brother's wedding
in 1998 the pair set out to open a real Irish pub in Pensacola
and the rest is history.

Humphrey
Gary Humphrey
and his wife Maureen E. Humphrey have three children and four grandchildren.
Paddy O'Leary's Irish Pub was
named after Maureen's Irish family -- the O'Leary's. They love Paddy
O'Leary's and the many customers and friends that we have seen over these
past 6 years.
They enjoy visiting Ireland and
visiting with all our friends in Ireland. Ireland is a special place
where their extended family resides and try to convey that idea to all
that visit Paddy O'Leary's Irish Pub.
